Delete your account
You can delete your account yourself in the Lifty app — instantly, no need to contact support.
How to delete your account in the app
Open the Lifty app and sign in to your account.
Go to the Account tab (bottom right corner).
Scroll to the very bottom and tap "Delete account".
Confirm with "Delete account permanently".
This action is irreversible
You will lose access to your order history, Lifty Plus balance and discount codes. An active Lifty Plus subscription will be cancelled.
What we delete
- Name, e-mail address, phone number and tax ID
- Login sessions on all devices
- Push notification tokens
- Marketing consents (e-mail and SMS)
What we keep
Billing records of completed orders (invoices, payments) are kept for the period required by law — including tax and accounting regulations.
They are not linked to any login — the account ceases to exist.
No access to the app?
Write to us from the phone number or e-mail address linked to your account, and we will delete it manually.
